Our P+P price is clearly stated before you order. The price is made up of a combination of things as well as First Class Postage (which went up to us on 2nd April). These including visa charges which can be as much as 45p per transaction, paper, printing and envelopes. Because we have a flat rate, some smaller parcels (like motifs) do subsidise the larger parcels (like 30mm eyes). You do always have the choice to order more and take advantage of our Free P+P rates.
