As a crafter new to to making toys etc what is the best way to get the plastic washer onto the eye screw please, or is there a tool you have to use as there are no instructions with the eyes to fix them in.thank you pat
P's I am making teddies and hedgehogs and use safety eyes and noses from your company. |

There are instructions on the website via the info button at the top of all safety eyes and nose pages.
They are different depending upon if you are using plastic or metal washers.
The plastic washer ones are as follows.
HOW TO USE SAFETY EYES
- Shaft is pushed through fabric
- Place plastic washer on shaft with flat side towards eye
- Put a hollow tube or pipe on top of washer
- Knock the washer down the spindle
- You can push with your thumbs but make sure you do it evenly
- Do not jiggle the washer once fitted as that will effect the safety of the eye
- Make sure the washer is right next to the eye as that may effect the safety of the eye
- Please note - washer cannot be removed once fitted
