The CB warehouse and the CPU Office are both closed on Bank Holidays. However we often open the phone lines on the Tuesday after to compensate.

Please remember you can email us at any time. I usually check emails 24/7 (or it feels like that ) when the office is closed so you should get an answer fairly quickly. The only thing you can't do when the office is closed is phone your card details - but the Secure Online Shopping Basket is open 24/7.

The postal strike is causing a few problems with deliveries and pickups but we think (not 100% sure
) that it will not affect us next week like we thought it would.
We think
that, as our pickup Postman (Dave) starts work before the strike starts on Monday, he will be allowed to pick up our parcels after the strike has started.
