Last posting dates for Xmas 2014 and Holiday Opening Hours

AIRMAIL TO OPERATIONAL BFPO'S
Friday 28th November is our last posting date for Airmail delivery before Christmas. We will endeavour that orders for UK post BFPO addresses placed before 5pm (UK times) on Thursday 27th November, will be posted on Friday 28th November (subject to stock availability) but we cannot guarantee that Airmail will deliver on time.

REST OF THE WORLD (unless shown below)
Wednesday 3rd December is our last posting date for Airmail delivery before Christmas. We will endeavour that orders, where the quote is accepted before 5pm (UK times) on Tuesday 2nd December, will be posted on Wednesday 3rd December (subject to stock availability) but we cannot guarantee that Airmail will deliver on time.

CYPRUS, CANADA, FRANCE, GREECE, POLAND & EASTERN EUROPE
Monday 8th December is our last posting date for Airmail delivery before Christmas. We will endeavour that orders, where the quote is accepted before 5pm (UK times) on Sunday 7th December, will be posted on Monday 8th December (subject to stock availability) but we cannot guarantee that Airmail will deliver on time.

USA, WESTERN EUROPE (excluding FRANCE, GREECE, POLAND)
Friday 12th December is our last posting date for Airmail delivery before Christmas. We will endeavour that orders, where the quote is accepted before 5pm (UK times) on Thursday 11th December, will be posted on Friday 12th December (subject to stock availability) but we cannot guarantee that Airmail will deliver on time.

FIRST CLASS POST
Friday 19th December is the Royal Mail last posting date for First Class UK delivery before Christmas. We will endeavour that the orders received before 5pm on Thursday 18th December will be posted on Friday 19th December (subject to stock availability) but we cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will deliver on time.

HOLIDAY OPENING HOURS 2014 / 15
The Craft Bits Warehouse will close at 6pm on Monday 22nd December 2014.

Any orders received after 6pm on Monday 22nd December 2014 will not be posted until Tuesday 6th January 2015 when normal service will resume. We may have a back log of orders so please be patient - all orders will be processed in the order they were received.

The CPU Card Payment Line will close at 1pm on Tuesday 23rd December 2014 and will fully re-open at 9am Tuesday 6th January 2015. We will be closed on all other days between those dates. The telephone will not be manned and emails may not be answered during those dates.

The Shopping Cart will still be active so you can place your orders as normal at any time over the holidays. Your details will be held on a 128 encryption Secure Server until we re-open. Unfortunately you will not be able to phone your card details while the CPU Card Payment Line is closed.

There may not be any updates to the website from 23rd December 2014 to Tuesday 6th January 2015 as the Webmaster will not be working. Please do understand that some items may go out of stock, or special offers sell out, during this time - we will notify you as soon as we can.
