Holiday Opening Hours 2010 / 11
Craft Bits will close at 6pm on Tuesday 21st December 2010 and will not reopen until 9am on Wednesday 12th January 2011. We will NOT be open between the Xmas & New Year holidays. The telephone may not be manned and emails may not be answered during these dates
The Shopping Cart will still be active so you can place your orders as normal at any time over the holidays. Your details will be held on a 128 encryption Secure Server until we re-open. Unfortunately you will not be able to phone your card details while the office is closed.
Orders received between 3pm on Sunday 19th December and 6pm on Tuesday 21st December should be posted on Wednesday 22nd December but are unlikely to be delivered before Christmas.
Any orders received after 6pm on Tuesday 21st December will not be posted until Wednesday 12th January when normal service should resume. We may have a back log of orders so please be patient - all orders will be processed in the order they were received.

Monday 6th December is the last posting date for the Rest of the World Airmail delivery before Christmas. We will endeavour that Rest of the World orders, where the quote is accepted before 3pm (UK times) on Sunday 5th December, will be posted on Monday 6th December (subject to stock availability) but we cannot guarantee that Airmail will deliver on time.
USA, CANADA & EASTERN EUROPE
Friday 10th December is the last posting date for USA, Canada & Eastern Europe Airmail delivery before Christmas. We will endeavour that USA, Canada & Eastern Europe orders, where the quote is accepted before 3pm (UK times) on Thursday 9th December, will be posted on Friday 10th December (subject to stock availability) but we cannot guarantee that Airmail will deliver on time.
WESTERN EUROPE
Monday 13th December is the last posting date for Western Europe Airmail delivery before Christmas. We will endeavour that Western Europe orders, where the quote is accepted before 3pm (UK times) on Sunday 12th December, will be posted on Monday 13th December (subject to stock availability) but we cannot guarantee that Airmail will deliver on time.
PARCEL POST
Wednesday 15th December is the last posting date for Royal Mail Parcel Post delivery before Christmas. We will endeavour that larger orders (over £80) received before 3pm on Tuesday 14th December will be posted on Wednesday 15th December (subject to stock availability) but we cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will deliver on time.
FIRST CLASS POST
Monday 20th December is our last posting date for Royal Mail First Class UK delivery before Christmas. We will endeavour that the smaller orders (see above) received before 3pm on Sunday 19th December will be posted on Monday 20th December (subject to stock availability) but we cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will deliver on time.
