USA Mail Delays

We have been informed by a few customers that deliveries to the USA are taking much longer than normal.
We checked the Royal Mail website and found the following statement.

It appears that extra security checks are extending delivery times on larger parcels. There is also a bit of a back log in some areas due to bad weather which is causing delays.
There is not much we can do about this and hope our many USA customers will bear with Royal Mail until this is resolved.
