Holiday Opening Hours 2011 / 12
The Craft Bits warehouse will close at 6pm on Wednesday 21st December 2011 and will not reopen until 9am on Friday 6th January 2012. We will NOT be open between the Xmas & New Year holidays. The telephone may not be manned and emails may not be answered as quickly as normal during these dates.
The Shopping Cart will still be active so you can place your orders as normal at any time over the holidays. Your details will be held on a 128 encryption Secure Server until we re-open. Unfortunately you will not be able to phone your card details while the office is closed.
Orders received between 3pm on Monday 19th December and 6pm on Wednesday 21st December should be posted on Thursday 22nd December but are unlikely to be delivered before Christmas.
Any orders received after 6pm on Wednesday 21st December will not be posted until Friday 6th January when normal service should resume. We may have a back log of orders so please be patient - all orders will be processed in the order they were received.
Please Note - all these dates are subject to stock availability and may be changed if there are unforeseen circumstances.
WEBSITE UPDATES
There may not be any updates to the website from 23rd December 2011 to 6th January 2012 as the Webmaster will be away. Please do understand that some items may go out of stock, or special offers sell out, during this time - we will notify you as soon as we can.

REST OF THE WORLD (unless shown below)
Monday 5th December is the last posting date for the Rest of the World Airmail delivery before Christmas. We will endeavour that Rest of the World orders, where the quote is accepted before 3pm (UK times) on Sunday 4th December, will be posted on Monday 5th December (subject to stock availability) but we cannot guarantee that Airmail will deliver on time.
USA, CANADA & EASTERN EUROPE
Friday 9th December is the last posting date for USA, Canada & Eastern Europe Airmail delivery before Christmas. We will endeavour that USA, Canada & Eastern Europe orders, where the quote is accepted before 3pm (UK times) on Thursday 8th December, will be posted on Friday 9th December (subject to stock availability) but we cannot guarantee that Airmail will deliver on time.
WESTERN EUROPE
Monday 12th December is the last posting date for Western Europe Airmail delivery before Christmas. We will endeavour that Western Europe orders, where the quote is accepted before 3pm (UK times) on Sunday 11th December, will be posted on Monday 12th December (subject to stock availability) but we cannot guarantee that Airmail will deliver on time.
PARCEL POST
Wednesday 14th December is the last posting date for Royal Mail Parcel Post delivery before Christmas. We will endeavour that larger orders (over £80) received before 3pm on Tuesday 13th December will be posted on Wednesday 14th December (subject to stock availability) but we cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will deliver on time.
FIRST CLASS POST
Tuesday 20th December is the Royal Mail last posting date for Royal Mail First Class UK delivery before Christmas. We will endeavour that the smaller orders (see above) received before 3pm on Monday 19th December will be posted on Tuesday 20th December (subject to stock availability) but we cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will deliver on time.
