As many of you know, for various reasons (detailed on the CPU Blog) we are only open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for sending out parcels plus Saturday for card details only.

At certain times of the year we are only able to send out parcels on two days a week - these include Bank Holiday weeks and, because we are a family run business, it also includes School Holidays. We like to give everyone plenty of time with the kids

We also have to do a stock take every year at the end of March which does take quite a long time and no orders can be sent out while we are doing that. This year it coincides with Easter so has been delayed until 2nd April

Therefore the Card Payment phone line opening hours will change in the following weeks - subject to change - please double check message in Shopping Basket when you order.

Monday 25th March - Open - 9am to 1pm
Thursday 28th March - Open - 9am to 1pm
Good Friday 29th March - CLOSED
Saturday 30th March - Open - 11am to 1pm

Easter Monday 1st April - CLOSED
Tuesday 2nd April - CLOSED for Stock Taking
Wednesday 3rd April - Open - 9am to 1pm
Friday 5th April - Open - 9am to 1pm
Saturday 6th April - Open - 11am to 1pm

Tuesday 9th April - Open - 9am to 1pm
Friday 12th April - Open - 9am to 1pm
Saturday 13th April - Open - 11am to 1pm

Remember the easiest and quickest way to get an answer to any questions you have is to email us - we usually answer emails quickly, even when the office is closed.

We just had our Electric Bill in and got a bit of a shock - double last years - probably due to the extreme cold weather - we do have to heat the warehouse and offices or the staff get stiff

To try to reduce the bills slightly we are proposing to cut our opening days to 2 per week instead of 3. It should be cheaper to do 2 longer days than 3 shorter days.

We would be sending out parcels on on Tuesdays and Fridays instead of Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This does mean that if you order after 6pm on Thursday your parcel would not be sent until the following Tuesday instead of Monday. But equally if you order on a Monday before 6pm your order would be sent on Tuesday instead of Wednesday

The shopping basket would still be "open" 24/7 but the card payment phone line would only be open on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Because we are open less days but longer days, we have decided to extend the Card Payment Opening Hours when you can ring us with your card details.

Tuesday - 9am to 3pm
Friday - 9am to 3pm
Saturday - 11am to 2pm
