AIRMAIL TO OPERATIONAL BFPO'S
Friday 29th November is our last posting date for Airmail delivery before Christmas. We will endeavour that orders for UK post BFPO addresses placed before 3pm (UK times) on Thursday 28th November, will be posted on Friday 29th November (subject to stock availability) but we cannot guarantee that Airmail will deliver on time.
REST OF THE WORLD (unless shown below)
Wednesday 4th December is our last posting date for Airmail delivery before Christmas. We will endeavour that orders, where the quote is accepted before 3pm (UK times) on Tuesday 3rd December, will be posted on Wednesday 4th December (subject to stock availability) but we cannot guarantee that Airmail will deliver on time.
CYPRUS, CANADA, FRANCE, GREECE, POLAND & EASTERN EUROPE
Monday 9th December is our last posting date for Airmail delivery before Christmas. We will endeavour that orders, where the quote is accepted before 3pm (UK times) on Friday 7th December, will be posted on Monday 9th December (subject to stock availability) but we cannot guarantee that Airmail will deliver on time.
USA, WESTERN EUROPE (excluding FRANCE, GREECE, POLAND)
Friday 13th December is our last posting date for Airmail delivery before Christmas. We will endeavour that orders, where the quote is accepted before 3pm (UK times) on Thursday 12th December, will be posted on Friday 13th December (subject to stock availability) but we cannot guarantee that Airmail will deliver on time.
FIRST CLASS POST
Friday 20th December is the Royal Mail last posting date for First Class UK delivery before Christmas. We will endeavour that the orders received before 6pm on Thursday 19th December will be posted on Friday 20th December (subject to stock availability) but we cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will deliver on time.
HOLIDAY OPENING HOURS 2013 / 14
The Craft Bits Warehouse will close at 6pm on Thursday 19th December 2013.
Any orders received after 6pm on Thursday 19th December 2013 will not be posted until Wednesday 8th January 2014 when normal service will resume. We may have a back log of orders so please be patient - all orders will be processed in the order they were received.
The CPU Card Payment Line will close at 3pm on Friday 20th December 2013 and will fully re-open at 9am Wednesday 8th January 2014. We will be closed on all other days between those dates. The telephone will not be manned and emails may not be answered during those dates.
The Shopping Cart will still be active so you can place your orders as normal at any time over the holidays. Your details will be held on a 128 encryption Secure Server until we re-open. Unfortunately you will not be able to phone your card details while the CPU Card Payment Line is closed.
Please Note - all these dates are subject to stock availability and may be changed if there are unforeseen circumstances.
