At certain times of the year we are only able to send out parcels on two days a week - these include Bank Holiday weeks and, because we are a family run business, it also includes School Holidays. We like to give everyone plenty of time with the kids
We also have to do a stock take every year at the end of March / beginning of April, which does take quite a long time and no orders can be sent out while we are doing that.
Therefore the Card Payment phone line opening hours will change in the following weeks - subject to change - please double check message in Shopping Basket when you order.
