Coronavirus
We are taking this virus very seriously and doing all we can to protect both our staff and our customers.
We are cleaning packing surfaces and other areas plus our staff wash their hands frequently.
Our Royal Mail pickup days have been reduced to 2 per week, please see the website basket page for more info on which days.
Royal Mail have stated they will continue to deliver parcels in the UK.
Deliveries outside the UK are obviously out of their hands, but they do have info online on the following link.
https://personal.help.royalmail.com/app ... /a_id/5317
We will continue to post out parcels for as long as we can, however, if more than half of our staff have to self isolate we will have to close. If this happens we will add notes to the main home page and in the shopping basket. We will also post on Facebook, Twitter and in our Customer Forum, plus send out an email to all Newsletter Subscribers. If you have not subscribed and would like to, please check out our Updates Page.
Our thoughts are with everyone who has been affected by this virus and wish everyone good luck.

We hope you are all keeping well and safe.
This is just a quick update on CB, CPU and our staff.
Two of the CPU Partners are self isolating as they both have health problems.
The rest of us are trying to keep the business going by working less days a week with just two staff each day - one in the warehouse and one in the office. We are not taking any risks and constantly have Dettol Wipes in hand
We have been asking ourselves if our work is essential, wondering if we should close up and use the Government help for the Self Employed and Partnerships that has been announced.
But Crafting has been proved to be really good for Mental Health and we all need to protect both our physical and mental health during this time.
So we will continue to stay open for as long as the Government lets us or we have enough staff who are willing to work.
We would love to hear what you are doing while isolating - crafty or not
Please stay safe and well.

Everywhere seems to be opening up and getting back to normal.
While we would love to do this, we think it is a bit too soon. Therefore we are keeping in place all the things we have been doing over the last 2 years.
This does mean we will be staying with 2 Royal Mail pickups per week instead of going back to 3. We will also stick with ordering from suppliers once a month instead of two or three times a month.
We do hope you understand.
