Last Posting Date & Holiday Hours 2022/23 - AMENDED

Last posting dates for Christmas 2022 - AMENDED
We had been told by Royal Mail that Monday 19th December 2022 was the last posting date. However today (2nd December) they have informed us that the date is now Monday 12th December 2022. They have told us this is due to the strikes but we think they are just covering their backs
This does mean we cannot guarantee a Christmas delivery for any parcel sent after Friday 9th December but we believe the parcels sent on Tuesday 13th December would probably still arrive, which is why we are not changing the posting days that week.
We will still be open on Friday 16th December and Tuesday 20th December but it is unlikely your parcel will arrive before Christmas.
Therefore our last day this year is on Tuesday 20th December. We will endeavour that the orders received before 1pm on Tuesday 20th December will be posted on Tuesday 20th December (subject to stock availability) but Royal Mail will not deliver it before Christmas.
Holiday Opening Hours
The Warehouse & CPU Office will close at 2pm on Tuesday 20th December 2022 and will re-open at 9.30am Tuesday 3rd January 2023. We will be fully closed on all days between those dates. The telephone will not be manned but our Out of Hours Service will answer emails while we are closed. The Shopping Basket will state our opening days & hours during the holiday weeks.
The Shopping Basket will still be active so you can place your orders as normal at any time over the holidays. Your details will be held on a 128 encryption Secure Server until we re-open. Unfortunately you will not be able to phone your card details while the office is closed.
Any orders received after 1pm on Tuesday 20th December 2022 will not be posted until Tuesday 3rd January 2023 when normal service will resume.
All these dates are subject to stock availability and may be changed if there are unforeseen circumstances, or if Royal Mail changes its mind again!
