Advice needed

Hi

I am trying to set up a Knitting group at my local church. Does anyone have any experience of setting up this kind of group or of attending such a group?

Any advice, tips or hints would be much appreciated.

I don't have any experience but I know my local library had such a group. Perhaps leaflets place in a library, or perhaps ask library staff if anyone has been asking for such a group. Have you approached church members to see if they are interested or for contacts?

I attend the church in question so I have good contacts there.

I hadn't thought of the library thanks for that idea.
