Make your own themed decoupage 3d layered cards.
Each pack contains 4 6"x6" card blanks, 4 6"x6" envelopes 4 decoupage topper sheets, 4 printed backing sheets, 1 sheet of foam pads and 1 roll of double sided tape.
These kits are suitable for children 3+ but we would suggest help is needed for the cutting out.
