Chat Room

Post by admin »

We have got access to a chat room program and wondered if anyone thinks it would be a good idea.

I am a little reluctant because of all the bad press and would like an army of moderators to keep it clean. What do you think?

Is there anyone out there who wants to test it? Email or PM me and I will send you a link. Obviously you can only test it if there are 2 of you on there at the same time - chat rooms can take quite a while to get popular.

Let me know what you think - I would probably add it to the new "general forums list" which I am hoping to get going so there would be a room for knitting, one for other crafts, one for general etc.

If a few are interested I will post more info here.

Hi everyone

I have said I will go to the chat room, alais I need a friend to join me in there. I know the craft bits people don't know me, but I am a regular of the DKY forum, in fact along with a few of my pals we are always on the DKY forum to be honest.

I love knitting bead art spinning and anything crafty I even sew sometimes. If you fancy testing it with me, should we all arrange a time?

I am open to suggestions.

I will give it a go with you, if no one else offers! But please may we wait until next week, have had a bug since Thursday and having trouble getting rid of it, headache sick ect, Hubby started it off when we were camping last week. Daughter had it too.

Biggest problem is I have to return to work on Tuesday after a term off (school) having had a Rotator arm cuff repair. I hope to feel better by then!

let me know what you want to do?
best wishes Ros

Irene

What problems did you have with this forum. It is a bit new so would like to know any errors or difficult bits.
