We pay a flat rate per UK parcel, so we pay the same for small parcels as we do for great big ones. This does make things simpler, but it means we get very little profit from small orders. But this doesn't matter too much to us as we started CB to give customers the opportunity of buying just one pair of eyes etc and we will continue to do this. We do not mind getting little profit on small orders, as those customers usually come back for larger ones
We did not put up the prices last year as we wanted to keep our P+P as low as possible, but we are a business and can't take a loss on small parcels. The increase from RM this year is larger than we expected and the figures just don't add up any more
Therefore we have reluctantly taken the decision to raise our P+P price to £3.20 on 22nd March 2019. We will be keeping the P+P FREE limit at £30 so you can always order more to get around the price rise
To beat the price rise on smaller parcels please order before 6pm on Thursday 21st March 2019.
Non UK prices will also be rising - the minimum Europe price will rise from £5.10 to £5.45 and the rest of the World price will rise from £6.20 to £6.60. As always, Non UK prices are calculated on the exact weight of a parcel and a Shipping & Packing quote is sent by email after you order. Therefore to beat the Non UK price rises you will need to have accepted your quote by 6pm on Thursday 21st March 2019. Orders that week will be sent details of both prices and make it clear when the price goes up.
