parcel hadnt arrived so emailed them. they emailed back very quickly even though they were closed for christmas and gave some suggestions on what to do. Sure enough my parcel was waiting at the royal mail office. i had a moan to them as no card had been left but well impressed with craft bits response, especially as they are closed.
One happy crafter :D
