Placed Order on 11.11.2013 and still waiting for my wool.
No goods have arrived and no refund issued, despite my requests.
No tracking number provided in order for me to check with Royal Mail where wool is.
Very dissastified.

We have had a update from the company she did order from. RM first class do not have tracking numbers and she was told this on several occations. They gave her all the information they could but she did NOT contact her local RM office.
