Am used to Amazon (order one day and get delivered next) and so was apprehensive when discovered you only post out every few days. However, order was sent out 19th July and got it 10:00 on Sat 20th. All the bits were used up in the craft fair by 14:00 Sat afternoon! Wish you'd had more in stock! All items were of a high quality and the finished masterpieces by the children looked very professional. Very pleased with service and product.

We wish we could send out every day but we have constraints put on us as we are in a conservation area. We are only allowed an average of 3 pickups and deliveries per week.
Slightly confused by your comment about stock. We had more packs of all the items you ordered noted as in stock online and we have many different designs in the Foam Stickers.
Please let us know if you would like us to stock different items - we are visiting a trade fair in September

Item was sent out on Friday 19th July - received today Tuesday 23rd July. The main bag was open and half the contents spilling out - I think it is all there though.

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry Royal Mail did not treat your package with the care they should have.
The package should have contained 2 large bags of stuffing, 1 bag containing the felt square and a bubble wrapped package containing the 2 packs of eyes.
Can you let us know if the main mail bag had split, come open at the seal or been ripped open. This will help us to work out what went wrong.
